Former senate candidate Steve Kays proposes free help without raising taxes by renaming Fairfield's West Texas Street to Innovation Avenue, Fairfield.  The Fairfield street renaming would include rezoning it to simply allow quiet and clean technology startups to work alongside the car repair businesses. www.KaysForSenate.Com The city could wave a $20 business filing fee the first year as a gesture to show the city is serious about creating higher paying clean technology jobs along the future Innovation Avenue corridor to the Solano County capital.
